Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin. You can conveniently order a sample first. Please note that the sample price differs from the mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we proudly operate service centers in Europe and the US, offering comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM services?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM services for orders meeting a certain annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, customization is possible. To change logos and colors, a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces per order is required, or it can be discussed specifically.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes available?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently designated for the sharing business, not for individual consumer sales. These vehicles are equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Presently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes approximately one week, and shipping time varies based on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping time depends on sea freight duration.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, and WEEE. Additionally, we can provide any product-related certifications required.
Q9: How does your factory ensure quality control?
A: Quality control is integrated from the start of production. Throughout the entire process, we implement IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and other quality checks.
Q10: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
