Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin. Feel free to order a sample first. Please note that the sample price differs from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we proudly offer service centers in both Europe and the US, providing comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM for orders meeting our annual minimum purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or select custom colors?
A: Absolutely! You can customize your logo and colors. However, for these changes, a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces per order applies, or it can be discussed specifically.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we do offer e-bikes, but they are currently designated for sharing businesses and not available for the consumer market. These e-bikes are equipped with IoT devices and can be operated via cloud services. Currently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, with shipping time dependent on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping times depend on sea freight duration.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: Our products are certified with CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, among others. We can also provide any specific certificates as required.
Q9: How does your factory ensure quality control?
A: Our stringent quality control process starts at the beginning of production. We conduct IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and other quality checks throughout the entire production process.
Q10: Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
