Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Certainly! We maintain sample stock in Berlin, allowing you to order samples first. Please be aware that the pricing for samples differs from mass production costs.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we offer support through our service centers located in Europe and the USA, providing warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM for orders meeting a yearly quantity threshold. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units annually.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, customization is available. For logo and color changes, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per order or you can discuss specific requirements with us.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we provide e-bikes specifically designed for sharing businesses. These vehicles are equipped with IoT devices and can be accessed through cloud services. Currently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand and are not available for consumer channels.

A: For sample orders, payment is 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.

A: For sample orders, preparation takes approximately one week, with shipping time depending on the distance from our warehouses in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping time varies based on sea freight duration.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We possess a range of certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, and WEEE. We can also provide any product-related certifications you require.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
