A: Yes, we have samples available in our Berlin stock. You can place an order for a sample first. Please note, the sample price differs from mass production prices.

A: Yes, we have robust service centers in Europe and the US, offering comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders based on an annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Absolutely, you can customize the logo and colors. However, the minimum order quantity for such customizations is 1,000 pieces per order or as per further discussions.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently tailored for sharing businesses and not for individual consumers. These e-bikes come equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through our cloud service. They are manufactured in Thailand.

A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, with shipping time dependent on the distance from our European or US warehouse to your location. For mass production orders, it takes 45-60 days for production, with shipping time dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certificates do you have?
A: We possess CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, and other relevant certificates. We can also provide any specific certificates related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our rigorous quality control process starts from the beginning of production. We conduct IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC throughout the entire production process.
