Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock available in Berlin. You can order a sample first. Please note that our sample pricing differs from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have an overseas service center?
A: Yes, we offer service centers in both Europe and the US to handle warehouse and repair services efficiently.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders based on an annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Absolutely, you can customize logos and colors. However, the minimum order quantity for logo and color changes is 1,000 pieces per order, or it can be discussed for specific requirements.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently available only for sharing businesses and not for consumer channels. These vehicles come equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through our cloud service. Presently, the e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.

A: For sample orders, it is 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes 1 week, and shipping time depends on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, it takes 45-60 days for production, with shipping time dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certificates do you have?
A: We possess CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, and several other certifications. We can also provide any certificates related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the start of production. Throughout the production process, we carry out IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC inspections.
