Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, you can order a sample first. We have stock available in Berlin. Please note that the pricing for samples differs from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Absolutely! We have service centers located in Europe and the U.S., providing warehouse facilities and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders with a specified annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can customize your logo and colors. However, for such changes, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per order, or we can discuss specific requirements.
