Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin. You can place a sample order first. Please note, the sample pricing is different from the mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we proudly offer service centers in both Europe and the US, providing extensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM orders with a specified annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose custom colors?
A: Yes, you can personalize your order with your logo and preferred colors. For such customizations, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces per order, or we can discuss specifics further.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we do have e-bikes available. However, they are currently designed for the sharing business model and are not suitable for consumer channels. These vehicles are equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Presently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept various payment methods including TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery timeline?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, with shipping time depending on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping time is subject to sea freight durations.
Q8: What certifications do you hold?
A: We hold several certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, and WEEE. We can also provide any other product-related certificates upon request.
Q9: How does your factory ensure quality control?
A: Our quality control process initiates right at the start of production. Throughout the entire process, we implement IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and more to maintain high standards.
