Q1: Can I obtain samples before placing a mass production order?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin. You can place a sample order initially. Please note that the pricing for samples differs from mass production pricing.
Q2: Do you provide overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we operate service centers in both Europe and the US, offering extensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Certainly, we accept OEM orders with a specified annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I customize my logo or select custom colors?
A: Yes, customization of logos and colors is available. However, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for such changes is 1,000 pieces per order or can be discussed specifically.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we do offer e-bikes. However, they are currently designed for sharing business purposes and not suitable for consumer channels. These e-bikes come integrated with IoT devices and can only be accessed via cloud services. Presently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept payments through TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes approximately one week, and shipping time varies based on the distance from our warehouses in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, with shipping time dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certificates do you hold?
A: We possess various certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, and more. We can also provide any product-related certificates as required.
Q9: How does your factory ensure quality control?
A: We initiate our quality control processes at the start of production. Throughout the entire process, we conduct IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and other quality checks.
