A: Yes, we maintain a sample stock in Berlin. You are welcome to place an order for a sample first. Please note that the pricing for samples will differ from mass production prices.

A: Indeed, we have strategically located service centers in both Europe and the US, offering comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we gladly accept OEM orders provided a certain annual purchase quantity is met. Currently, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) stands at 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose custom colors?
A: Absolutely, customization options such as logos and colors are available. However, to change logos and colors, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per order, or we can discuss specific requirements individually.
