Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock available in Berlin. You can place an order for a sample first. Please note that our sample prices differ from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Absolutely, we have established service centers in both Europe and the US, offering warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders based on a certain annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is set at 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can. However, for custom logos and colors, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per order or can be discussed further based on specific requirements.
Q5: Do you offer e-bikes?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently designed for the sharing business model and are not suitable for the consumer market. The vehicle is equipped with an IoT device and can be accessed only through our cloud service. These e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept various payment methods including TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, and shipping time depends on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping time depends on sea freight.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold various certifications, including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, and more. We can also provide any certificates related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the start of production. Throughout the entire process, we implement IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC procedures.
