Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin. You can order a sample first to evaluate our product quality. Please note that our sample prices differ from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, indeed! We have established service centers in Europe and the US, providing comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders with a minimum annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can. However, to customize the logo and colors, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per order. This can be discussed further for specific requirements.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes available?
A: Yes, we do have e-bikes, but they are currently designed for the sharing business model and are not suitable for consumer purchase. These vehicles include IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept various payment methods, including TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, it takes approximately one week to prepare, with shipping time dependent on the distance from our warehouses in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes between 45-60 days, with shipping time based on sea freight.
Q8: What certificates do you have?
A: We hold various certifications, including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, among others. We can provide any certificate related to our products upon request.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the start of production and continues throughout. This includes procedures such as IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC to ensure the highest quality standards.
