Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely! We have sample stock available in Berlin, allowing you to order a sample first. Please note that sample prices differ from mass production rates.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, indeed. We have service centers strategically located in Europe and the US, offering comprehensive warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we do accept OEM under specific annual purchase quantities. Currently, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 units per year.

A: Yes, you can certainly customize your logo and color choices. The MOQ for such customizations is 1,000 pieces per order, or we can discuss specific requirements in detail.

A: Yes, we do offer e-bikes. However, they are currently designed for the sharing economy and not suitable for direct consumer sales. These e-bikes come equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through our cloud service. Currently, they are manufactured in Thailand.

A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT advance payment. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.

A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, with shipping time varying based on your location in relation to our warehouses in Europe or the US. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, and shipping time depends on sea freight schedules.
Q8: What certificates do you have?
A: We hold a variety of certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, and WEEE. We can also provide any other product-related certificates upon request.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
