Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock available in Berlin. You can order a sample first. Please note that our sample pricing differs from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we have service centers in Europe and the US offering warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders with a minimum annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can. For logo and color customization, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 units per order, or it can be discussed further.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we have e-bikes, but they are currently designed for the sharing business and not suitable for consumer channels. These vehicles are equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Presently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, it's 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept payments via TT, L/C, DD, DP, or Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about one week, with shipping times varying based on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, with additional shipping time dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We possess certifications such as CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, and more. We can also provide any specific certifications related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the inception of production. We implement various quality control measures including IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and more throughout the entire production cycle.
