Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock in Berlin. You can order a sample first. Please note that our sample pricing differs from that of mass production.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we have service centers in both Europe and the US, offering warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM based on a yearly purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can. However, to change the logo and colors, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per order or as per specific discussion.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we have e-bikes, but they are currently tailored for the sharing business and not suitable for consumer channels. The vehicle includes an IoT device and operates through cloud services. These e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, it's 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance payments.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, it takes 1 week to prepare, and shipping time depends on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, it takes 45-60 days for production, with shipping time dependent on sea freight.
Q8: What certificates do you have?
A: We have CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE, etc. We can also provide any certificates related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process starts at the beginning of production. Throughout the process, we perform IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, PQC, and more.
