Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock available in Berlin. You can order a sample first. Please note that the sample price differs from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Yes, we operate service centers in Europe and the US, providing both warehouse and repair services.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders given a certain annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Yes, you can customize logos and colors. However, the minimum order quantity for such customizations is 1,000 pieces per order, or we can discuss specifics.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently intended only for the sharing business and not suitable for the consumer market. These vehicles include IoT devices and can only be accessed through cloud services. Presently, our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, payment is 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, preparation takes about 1 week, with shipping time varying based on the distance from our warehouses in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, production takes 45-60 days, plus shipping time depending on sea freight.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, WEEE certifications, among others. We can also provide any certificates related to our products.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process begins at the start of production. Throughout the process, we conduct IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC inspections.
