Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, you can! We maintain a sample stock in Berlin for your convenience. You have the option to order a sample first. Please note that sample pricing may differ from mass production prices.
Q2: Do you have overseas service centers?
A: Absolutely, we do. We provide extensive service centers in Europe and the US, offering comprehensive warehouse and repair services to meet your needs.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM orders with a specified annual purchase quantity. Currently, the minimum order quantity is set at 10,000 units per year.
Q4: Can I add my own logo or choose my own colors?
A: Certainly, you can customize logos and colors. However, for such modifications, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per order. Specific discussions are welcomed.
Q5: Do you have e-bikes?
A: Yes, we offer e-bikes, but they are currently designated for the sharing business and not for consumer channels. These vehicles come equipped with IoT devices and can only be accessed via cloud services. Our e-bikes are manufactured in Thailand.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A: For sample orders, we require 100% TT in advance. For mass production orders, we accept various payment methods, including TT, L/C, DD, DP, and Trade Assurance.
Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, it takes approximately 1 week to prepare, with shipping time dependent on the distance from our warehouses in Europe or the US to your location. For mass production orders, it involves 45-60 days of production, with shipping time varying based on sea freight.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold an array of certifications including CE, TUV, KBA, FCC, MD, LDV, RoHS, and WEEE. Additionally, we can provide any certificates related to our products as required.
Q9: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Our quality control process starts at the inception of production. Thorough checks are conducted throughout the production stages, including IQC, OQC, FQC, QC, and PQC, ensuring top-notch quality.
